Before your child can attend our sessions, you must first complete the Mudiad Meithrin Registration form (P1–15). Once registered, you’ll complete a Cylch Booking Form to select your child’s attendance days. Once the chosen days are confirmed, a Parent Contract will be sent to you to sign.
These forms provide the Cylch with personal details relating to the child.
You can regisiter you child for the Cylch session as soon as they become 2 ½ years old.
Registration for Meithrin Mwy, Wrap-Around Sessions, and After School Club opens each April for a two-week period. Details will be advertised on our website and Facebook page.
The spaces will be shared equally between all applications received within this time-frame.
Staff: child ratios are considered as well as the age of the child. We will confirm via email if/when there is space for your child.
We hold an Annual General Meeting at the Caban and we encourage parents to come and view the Cylch, meet the staff and discuss any questions or concerns.
We also offer a “stay and play” opportunity. You will be invited to spend some time during the Cylch session and have a chance to view the Caban and meet the staff.
